This website and every Abu El Zulof Kahwa branch — Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Damascus Boulevard — are operated by Abu El Zulof (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

This policy applies to the website, to the forms on it, and to the information we receive when you book, order, apply for a job or contact any of our branches.

We collect only what we need to serve you. Depending on how you use the site, this may include:

• Contact details — your name, phone number and email address, when you send us a message, a booking or a catering request.
• Event details — the date, number of guests, venue and preferences you share in a catering or private-event enquiry.
• Job applications — your CV, work history and the details you enter in the careers form.
• Feedback — your rating, comments and, if you choose to give them, your name and contact details.
• Franchise enquiries — your name, company, contact details and the market you are interested in.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and collects nothing about you unless you send it to us.

3How we use your information

We use your information only for the purpose you gave it to us for:

• to answer your messages and confirm bookings and catering orders;
• to plan and deliver events you have asked us to cater;
• to consider your job application and contact you about it;
• to read and respond to your feedback and improve our service;
• to assess franchise enquiries.

We do not use it for advertising, and we do not send marketing messages.

4Why we are allowed to use it

We rely on your consent when you submit a form, and on the need to take the steps you have asked for, such as preparing a catering quote or reviewing an application. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

5Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with:

• the branch you contacted, and the head-office staff who support it;
• the company that hosts our website, which stores it for us and may not use it for anything else;
• authorities, where the law requires us to.

6How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it:

• messages, bookings and catering requests — up to 24 months;
• job applications — up to 12 months, unless you are hired;
• feedback — up to 24 months;
• information we must keep by law — for the period the law sets.

After that, it is securely deleted or made anonymous.

7How we protect it

Information sent through the website is encrypted on its way to us, and only the staff who need it to do their job can see it.

8Your rights

Subject to the law that applies to you, you can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you, and give you a copy;
• correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your information;
• withdraw a consent you have given.

To make a request, email us at the address below. We will reply within 30 days and will not charge you for it.

9Our branches and local law

One policy covers every branch. Where local law gives you additional rights or sets particular rules, those apply to the branch in that country.
